- Measure in CM for a more accurate fit.
- Measure the widest part of your chest.
- Measure the widest part of your hips.
- If your hips are wider than your chest, please follow the measurements of your hips.
- Keep the measuring tape horizontal.
- If in between sizes... Go up for a looser fit... Down for a tighter fit.

Warm enough on a cool day but also cool enough on a sunny day. Recently wore it on a 100+ mile charity MTB ride and it was great. It held up well against the brambles and undergrowth with only minor catches (never had anything be totally bramble proof). The sizing is good and the arms are long enough.
