Being kit secretary should not mean becoming a full-time spreadsheet operator, payment chaser and parcel depot. Stolen Goat Custom helps clubs and teams create cycling kit their members want to wear, with experienced support around the design, order and fulfilment plan.
You bring the club identity, sponsor requirements and member needs. We help turn them into a coherent kit range and a practical route to ordering. Designed in the UK and manufactured in Europe.
Ready to get the committee moving? Start your club or team kit project.
A Clearer Club Kit Process
- Share the club brief. Tell us about membership, products, likely quantities, logos, sponsors and deadlines. A rough starting point is enough.
- Create the design. We develop the look and work through feedback with your club contacts. Experienced design support is included with no additional or unexpected design cost.
- Confirm the order route. Agree products, sizes, quantities, fulfilment needs and whether the project is eligible for a club webshop.
- Approve the final quote. Once the details are settled, approve the artwork and commercial terms.
- Move into manufacture and delivery. The agreed kit is made and delivered according to the project plan.
A typical project takes 6–8 weeks from start to finish. If there is a season launch, event or sponsor deadline, put it on the table at the beginning.
Build a Club Cycling Kit Range
Create more than a matching jersey. A club range can include:
- Short-sleeve and long-sleeve cycling jerseys
- Bib shorts
- Gilets
- Caps and socks
For the broader cycling proposition, visit custom cycling kit. Multisport clubs can also connect their identity across custom running kit and custom triathlon kit.
Product-Specific Minimum Orders
Minimums depend on the product rather than one blanket number:
- Five cycling jerseys
- Five bib shorts
- Five gilets
- Five trisuits
- Ten running jerseys or vests
- Ten caps
- Twenty pairs of socks
This lets the Custom team build the quote around the actual range your members need, without making a misleading no-minimum promise.
Indicative Pricing, Then a Confirmed Quote
The online estimate is indicative and includes VAT. Your final quote is confirmed by the Custom team once the design, products, quantities, fulfilment and any eligible webshop requirements are agreed.
What Is Confirmed, and What Depends on Your Project?
Some parts of the Stolen Goat Custom service apply to every club project. Others depend on the products, quantities and fulfilment route you choose.
| Project detail | Confirmed for every project | Confirmed according to project details |
|---|---|---|
| Design support | Experienced design support is included with no additional or unexpected design cost. | The brief, feedback route and final artwork are agreed with your club contacts. |
| Typical timing | A typical project takes 6–8 weeks from start to finish. | Event, season and sponsor deadlines should be raised at the start of the project. |
| Minimum orders | Minimums are product-specific rather than one blanket number. | The final quote confirms the minimum for every product in your range. |
| Pricing | The online estimate is indicative and includes VAT. | The final quote is confirmed after products, quantities and project details are agreed. |
| Club webshop and individual shipping | The Custom team will assess the most practical ordering and fulfilment route. | A webshop and individual shipping are available subject to project eligibility. |
| Reorders | Approved design work can be discussed for future orders and updated where required. | Reorders remain subject to project eligibility and product-specific minimums. We do not promise unconditional single-item reordering. |
Club Webshops and Individual Shipping
A club webshop and individual shipping are available subject to project eligibility. Where a webshop is appropriate, it can give members a direct route to select and pay for approved club kit, reducing collection and distribution work for the kit secretary.
Webshop availability is not automatic. The Custom team will confirm eligibility, ordering arrangements and fulfilment for the project before anything is promised.
Reorders Without False Promises
Clubs change: new riders join, sponsors move and products need replacing. We can discuss keeping approved design work ready for future orders and updating it where required. However, reorders remain subject to project eligibility and the minimum order for each product. We do not promise an always-open route for single-item reorders.
