We’re the kit partner for UK Cycling Events, with event jerseys designed around each ride, and we’re in the event village at most of their rides, so riders can try kit on before the start. We’ve been Chase the Sun‘s kit supplier for years: rider kit, a clothing range and accessories, with the design, production, stock, fulfilment and aftercare all handled by us.

Selling kit to your participants
Most organisers don’t want boxes of kit to store, sort and post. With a web shop on stolengoat.com, your participants order their own sizes, pay us directly and get their kit delivered to their door. A shop can open for a set window around the event, or stay open longer for a series.

How it works
- Tell us about the event. Dates, expected numbers, what you’d like riders to wear and how you’d like to sell it.
- We design it. Our in-house designers send concepts and work through changes with you, sponsor logos included.
- Sign it off and choose how it’s sold. A web shop for participants, or one bulk order for the event.
- Kit lands. Typically 6-8 weeks from order sign-off to delivery.
Work back from the date riders need their kit, and leave time for the design and for people to order. The design fee is £200 on orders under £500, £150 on orders from £500 to £1,000, and free on orders over £1,000.
Event kit FAQs
What kinds of events do you make kit for?
Sportives, gran fondos, audaxes, multi-day and charity challenges, running and triathlon events, training camps and small group trips. We’ve made everything from small runs for local events to thousands of jerseys for big ones.
Can participants buy the kit themselves?
Yes. We can set up a web shop on stolengoat.com where participants order their own sizes, pay us directly and get their kit delivered to their door. You don’t hold stock or handle payments. In some cases we can also hold stock so kit is ready for later orders: ask us whether that suits your event.
Can each event in a series have its own design?
Yes. We design a jersey for each ride in UK Cycling Events’ series, for example, alongside a range that isn’t tied to one event.
What is the minimum order for event kit?
Five cycling jerseys, bib shorts, gilets or tri suits; ten running vests, running tops or caps; and twenty pairs of socks.
How far ahead should we order event kit?
Kit typically takes 6-8 weeks from order sign-off to delivery, and the design comes before that. If riders need kit before the event, or you want to sell it with entries, talk to us a few months ahead.
Can sponsors’ logos go on event jerseys?
Yes. Sponsors usually get the back of the jersey, and we can mock up where each logo sits so you can show sponsors before they sign.
Is there a design fee?
The design fee is £200 on orders under £500, £150 on orders from £500 to £1,000, and free on orders over £1,000.
