What we collect
- Order and account details: name, addresses, email, phone number and what you buy. We never see your full card number.
- Messages you send us and reviews you leave.
- How you use our website and emails, including through cookies.
- For custom kit: contact details for the people we deal with at your club or organisation.
We need your order details to process your order. Everything else is optional.

Marketing emails
We only send our newsletter if you sign up or tick the box at checkout. If you buy from us, we may also email you about similar products; you can say no at checkout. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
Advertising and cookies
If you accept analytics and advertising cookies, Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) help us show and measure our adverts. When you buy, this includes a hashed (unreadable) version of the contact details you give us, such as your email address or phone number, so we can see which adverts led to a sale. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
If you have agreed to our marketing emails, we may share a hashed (unreadable) version of your contact details with Google and Meta so we can show you relevant adverts and measure them. Unsubscribing stops this.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it with IT, hosting and software providers; payment providers; delivery companies; our email and reviews providers; advertising partners (see above); professional advisers; and authorities where the law requires.
For orders delivered outside the UK, our partner Global-e sells the goods to you and handles your information under its own privacy policy. Google, Meta, PayPal and Clearpay also use information under their own privacy policies.
Transfers outside the UK
Some providers process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement. Email us for a copy of the safeguards.

Your rights
