Lead Times
Lead times can be tricky. Essentially it doesn’t take more than a few days to manufacture 100’s of products but there is a production queue to contend with. Typically from the time we submit the order into production there is a 6-8 week block of time until the items are delivered to your door. This can be less, and in really busy times it can be more.
What often adds to the total time is all the decision making that comes before it. Ultimately, the faster you sign off on the design and confirm the order, the further ahead you’ll be in the queue.
If you need something faster then get in touch, we might be able to help. If, however, you need a pure custom order delivered next week it’s probably not going to happen.
Sizing
For custom, we use all the same items we sell on our main website. So if you’re familiar with our sizing then great. Otherwise, we can send you a sizing kit for you to try on and get a feel of what works before placing your order.
Bulk Ordering Or Web Shop
We can happily create a bulk order for you, shipped to the address of your choice. This is the most cost effective way to order on a per item basis. But we can also create a personal web shop for your group right here on Stolen Goat. This gives you the most flexibility and allows you to sit back and let every member take care of themself, from ordering to sizing to payment to shipping. This is particularly useful when your group is spread out. We have some custom groups that have members on various continents! We can handle that no problem. In certain scenarios we can even stock items for you if you want them to be available instantly. Essentially, there isn’t a logistical scenario that we can’t handle – we will make it as easy as possible for you… end to end.
Design Process
You’ve probably seen we have a kit designer tool on our custom website. This is meant for reference / inspiration only. In the end our very talented designers will take care of your design. You might have a very specific design in mind, or have no clue what you want – either end of the spectrum is fine. If you have used Ai to generate your design the chances of that printing well are slim to none so we have to redo the design anyway. As a result if you want dancing 4 headed cats surfing on vegetable soup… we can probably do it but it may not be exactly the same as your ai generated image. Which is probably a good thing :-)
High / Low Volume Orders
If you have a “big job” – that’s no problem at all, we have customers that do 1000’s of products a year. Just get in touch and we’ll discuss pricing and all the aspects. If you have a low volume order, we can also make it work. Use the quote builder to see how low it goes.
