How it works

From idea to the start line.

The 35-second version

All you need is a logo.

Watch one go from a beer mat to the start line. The four steps below are the long version.

Read it instead

A group chat with nothing but a logo on a beer mat. “All you’ve got is a logo. Tell us what you need. Send us the logo.” Three jersey concepts arrive. “We design it. Everyone gets a vote.” The group picks number 2. “Ask for changes. Then sign it off. Try the sizes first.” A fitting kit arrives. “Made for you in about 6 weeks. From a beer mat to the start line.”

  1. Step 1: Share your vibe

Your colours, your logo, a rough sketch or just a feeling. Tell us what you are after.

  2. Step 2: We design it

A team of humans, not a template. Tweaks and fresh renders until it is right.

  3. Step 3: Approve and order

Sign off the design, then choose how everyone orders.

    Two ways to order

    Option one

    Your own web shop.

Everyone orders, sizes and pays for themselves, and it’s posted to their own front door. Nothing for you to sort or hand out.

    Read it instead

“Boxes in your hallway. Sorting kit by name. Doing the drop-offs.” Then a phone shows the shop. “Your own club shop. Everyone orders their own kit. Delivered to their own front door. Not a box in your hallway.” A map fills up with front doors. “Made for your club. Every order posted to every member. Nothing for you to sort, store or hand out.”

    Option two

    A bulk order form.

One link to share. Everyone picks their sizes and pays upfront, and you watch it fill up, live.

    Read it instead

“Filling in spreadsheets. Chasing payments.” Then one link goes into the group chat. “Everyone orders their own kit. Paid upfront. No chasing.” The organiser page shows members paid, units and days left, with each item passing its minimum. “Your kit organiser watches it fill up, live. Done, done and done.”

  4. Step 4: Ride and get noticed

Kit lands, everyone wears it, and people start asking where it came from.

A typical project takes 6–8 weeks from start to finish.

In their words

Herd voices.

Stolen Goat have proven to be an excellent partner for all our kit and clothing needs for our Chase The Sun events - they are great people to deal with, and really put the care and attention into all aspects of our events bespoke riders kit, clothing range and accessories… from design to production, stock management, fulfilment and customer aftercare… they are a top quality, reliable and friendly service to depend on!

Oliver Moore Founder, Chase The Sun

Stolen Goat made the whole process of design, conception and final product on my local club’s first ever running top such a wonderful and stressless process. The initial idea to final design with tweaks and multiple renders to getting sample tops to show runners what the quality of the tops are like. To finally getting them, with many a proud runner wearing them on club nights and comments of how comfy they are. Job well done by all and many many thanks to the team!

Mat Arborfield Striders

Working with the Stolen Goat team has been genuinely refreshing: they’re professional yet incredibly friendly, making the whole design process seamless. Their expert guidance ensures kit designs that truly work for you, and being able to tap into the Stolen Goat audience has helped us extend our reach. It’s a partnership built on quality, communication and a genuine love for cycling.

Elyse Paulson Marketing & Partnerships Manager, UK Cycling Events

Stolen Goat have been incredible kit partners throughout our Castle to Castle journey. Their creativity, insight and attention to detail brought our brief to life brilliantly, with the matching jerseys and socks giving the event a bold, unique identity and a real sense of team spirit. The whole customisation process was smooth, collaborative and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. The final kit exceeded our expectations and helped make the event feel truly special and memorable. We couldn’t recommend Stolen Goat highly enough.

FAQs

Good questions.

Anything else, email custom@stolengoat.com and a real person will get back to you.

What is the minimum order?

Minimums are per item: 5 cycling jerseys, bib shorts, gilets or tri suits; 10 running tops, running vests or caps; 20 pairs of socks. Have a bigger job? We have customers who order thousands of items a year, so get in touch and we’ll talk pricing.

How much does custom kit cost?

An Everyday cycling jersey is £90 each at 5 or more, £79 at 10 or more and £55 at 100 or more, and the Kit facts on this page show the price ladders for our most popular items. Prices include VAT. Your online estimate is indicative; the Custom team confirms your final quote.

How long does custom kit take?

A typical project takes 6–8 weeks from start to finish. It can be quicker, and in busy periods slower. Working to a fixed date? Talk to us a few months ahead and put the date in your first message.

How does the design process work, and what does it cost?

Our designers take care of your design, whether you arrive with a clear idea or none at all. The design fee is £200 on orders under £500, £150 from £500 to £1,000, and free on orders over £1,000.

How do I get the sizing right?

Custom kit uses the same garments we sell on stolengoat.com, so if you know our sizing you’re set. If not, we can send a sizing kit to your group so everyone can try sizes on together before you place your order.

Can kit be delivered to individual members?

Yes, where it suits the project. We can ship a bulk order to one address, which is the most cost-effective way to buy. Or, subject to project eligibility, we can set up a web shop or a bulk order form for your group, so each person orders, pays and has their kit delivered to their own door, wherever they are.

Can we reorder later?

We can arrange a repeat order; minimums apply and we’ll confirm what’s possible for your project. Where your project has a web shop, it can be reopened so new members can order when they join.
