Being kit secretary shouldn’t mean becoming a full-time spreadsheet operator, payment chaser and parcel depot. We design and make custom kit for cycling, running and triathlon clubs and groups, and we give your members a simple way to order it themselves.
You bring the club’s identity, sponsors and what your members need. Our in-house designers turn it into kit people are proud to pull on, and we sort out how everyone orders. Designed in the UK, made in Europe.

Three ways for members to order
Pick the one that suits your club. Whichever you choose, the kit is the same.
1. Your own club web shop
Your kit gets its own shop on stolengoat.com. Every member orders their own size, pays for it and has it posted to their own front door. Nothing for you to sort, store or hand out. Web shops can open for a set window and be reopened later, so new members can order when they join.

“Boxes in your hallway. Sorting kit by name. Doing the drop-offs.” Then a phone shows the shop. “Your own club shop. Everyone orders their own kit. Delivered to their own front door. Not a box in your hallway.” A map fills up with front doors. “Made for your club. Every order posted to every member. Nothing for you to sort, store or hand out.”
2. A bulk order form
One link to share in the club chat. Everyone picks their sizes and pays upfront, and you watch the order fill up live, item by item, until it passes each minimum. No spreadsheets, no chasing.

“Filling in spreadsheets. Chasing payments.” Then one link goes into the group chat. “Everyone orders their own kit. Paid upfront. No chasing.” The organiser page shows members paid, units and days left, with each item passing its minimum. “Your kit organiser watches it fill up, live. Done, done and done.”
3. One bulk delivery
You order for everyone and we deliver to one address. It’s the most cost-effective way to buy, and it suits clubs that hand kit out at a club night.
Kit for every sport your club does
Cycling, running and triathlon clubs, multisport clubs and university clubs can carry one design across everything they wear. Minimums are per item, not one blanket number:

How a club kit project works
- Share the club brief. Your logo, colours, sponsors, the items you’re thinking about, rough numbers and any deadline. A rough starting point is plenty.
- We design it. Our designers send concepts, your committee or members give feedback, and we keep going until it’s right.
- Sort the sizes. Custom kit uses the same garments we sell on stolengoat.com, and we can send a sizing kit to your group so everyone can try sizes on together before they order.
- Sign it off and choose how everyone orders. Web shop, order form or one bulk delivery.
- Kit lands. Typically 6-8 weeks from order sign-off to delivery.
If there’s a season launch, a big event or a sponsor deadline, tell us at the start so we can plan around it.
The design fee is £200 on orders under £500, £150 on orders from £500 to £1,000, and free on orders over £1,000.

Club and group kit FAQs
We need custom kit for 50 club members. How does it work?
Send us your logo, colours and the items you want. Our designers create the kit, and we can send your group a sizing kit so members can try sizes on together. Then everyone orders through a club web shop or a bulk order form, or you place one bulk order. Kit typically arrives 6-8 weeks after order sign-off.
What do we need to prepare before asking for a quote?
Your club logo (ideally a vector file: AI, EPS or SVG), your colours, any sponsor logos, the items you’re interested in, rough quantities and any date you’re working towards. If you’re not sure on numbers yet, leave them blank and tell us about the club.
What’s the best way to send our logos?
Upload them with your quote request. Vector files (AI, EPS or SVG) are best, but send whatever you have, including a sketch or a photo, and our designers will take it from there.
How do clubs design their kit with you?
You share the brief and our in-house designers send concepts. Your members or committee give feedback and we make changes until you’re happy, then you sign it off. You don’t need any design skills or finished artwork.
Can members order and pay for their own kit online?
Yes. A club web shop on stolengoat.com lets each member order their own size, pay and have it delivered to their door. A bulk order form does the same through one shared link, with everyone paying upfront.
Can we try sizes before we order?
Yes. Custom kit uses the same garments we sell on stolengoat.com, and we can send a sizing kit to your group so everyone can try sizes on together before you order.
What is the minimum order?
Five cycling jerseys, bib shorts, gilets or tri suits; ten running vests, running tops or caps; and twenty pairs of socks.
Can members have their names on their kit?
Personalisation, such as names, is an option on most of our tops, as a paid extra. Ask us about it in your quote request.
Can we reorder later?
Yes. Get in touch and we’ll arrange a repeat order, and web shops can be reopened so new members can order when they join.
Is there a design fee?
The design fee is £200 on orders under £500, £150 on orders from £500 to £1,000, and free on orders over £1,000.
