From Rough Brief to Running Kit
You do not need to arrive with finished artwork. Tell us who the kit is for, what needs to appear on it, the products and quantities you have in mind, and the date you are working towards. Our in-house designers do the design work. The design fee is £200 on orders under £500, £150 on orders from £500 to £1,000, and free on orders over £1,000.
- Tell us about the runners. Share your colours, logos, sponsors, quantities and timing.
- Shape the design. We work with your ideas and develop a visual direction for the kit.
- Approve the details. Confirm the design, products, sizing and final quote.
- Move into manufacture. Once approved, the kit is made and delivered for your project.
Kit typically takes 6-8 weeks from order sign-off to delivery. Have a fixed race or event date? Put it in the first brief so the Custom team can advise you properly.
Minimum Orders and Indicative Pricing
The minimum order is ten running jerseys or vests. Other products have their own minimums, so the Custom team will confirm what applies to the exact range in your brief.
The online estimate is indicative and includes VAT. Your final quote is confirmed by the Custom team after the products, quantities and project requirements have been agreed.

We design them with you, and then take the admin off the kit secretary: members can order their own size through a club web shop and have it delivered to their door, or everyone can order and pay upfront through one shared order form link. Yes. Every vest is designed for you, with your colours, logo, sponsors and any text you want on it. Personalisation, such as names, is also an option on most of our tops, as a paid extra.
Can we try sizes before we order?
Yes. Custom kit uses the same garments we sell on stolengoat.com, and we can send a sizing kit to your group so everyone can try sizes on together before you order.
