Our Advanced tri suit, in your design
Custom tri suits are made on our Advanced tri suit, the same suit we sell in our own collection, developed with Ironman triathletes racing at Kona. Your design is sublimated into the fabric, so it becomes part of the suit rather than a layer sitting on top.
- Short sleeves with aero fabric on the sleeves, for less drag on the bike and sun cover on long days.
- A front butterfly opening that unzips like a cycling jersey, for control over your temperature and easier pit stops.
- Side-access rear pockets, deep enough for gels on the bike and the run.
- Tri-specific chamois that supports you on the bike without getting in the way on the run.
- Lightweight, quick-drying fabrics that move with you through the swim, bike and run.

Custom tri suits from just five
The minimum order is five tri suits, so a relay team, a small training group or a club’s first race kit is well within reach. The price per suit drops as the order grows, at 10, 20, 50 and 100 suits, and the quote form below shows live prices for every quantity, including VAT.

Tri club kit
Kit secretaries have enough on. Instead of collecting sizes and chasing payments, you can give members their own web shop, where everyone orders their own size, pays and gets their kit delivered to their own door, or a bulk order form: one link, everyone pays upfront, and you watch it fill up. - We design it. Our designers send concepts and work through changes with you until it’s right.
- Sign it off and choose how everyone orders. A web shop, an order form or one bulk delivery.
- Kit lands. Typically 6-8 weeks from order sign-off to delivery.

What is the minimum order for custom tri suits?
Five tri suits. Other items in the same design have their own minimums: five cycling jerseys, bib shorts or gilets, ten running vests or tops, and twenty pairs of socks.
Which tri suit is it?
Our Advanced tri suit: short sleeves with aero fabric, a front butterfly opening, side-access rear pockets and a tri-specific chamois, in men’s and women’s cuts. It’s the same suit we sell in our own collection.
How long do custom tri suits take?
Typically 6-8 weeks from order sign-off to delivery. The design comes before that, so start early if you’re working towards a particular race.
Is there a design fee?
The design fee is £200 on orders under £500, £150 on orders from £500 to £1,000, and free on orders over £1,000.
How do we get the sizing right?
Custom kit uses the same garments we sell on stolengoat.com, so if you know our sizing you’re set. If not, we can send a sizing kit to your group so everyone can try sizes on together before you order.

Yes. We can set up a web shop where each member orders their own size, pays and has their kit delivered, or a bulk order form where everyone pays upfront through one link.
Can you make matching cycling and running kit?
Yes. We carry the same design across cycling jerseys, bib shorts, gilets, running vests and tops, and socks, so the club looks like one club in training and on race day.
