The grippy, anti-slip palm features strategically placed padding to give you protection where you need it, without being bulky. Measure the width - flat across the widest part of your palm.. the widest point between your knuckles and thumb. If you find yourself right on the boundary between sizes, go up or down according to whether you prefer a tight or loose fit. Please keep in mind that the glove's finger length gets longer when you size up.
