Charity and Fundraising Kit.

Fundraising is hard work. The kit shouldn’t be. We design and make custom cycling jerseys, running vests and tri suits for charities, fundraising teams, challenge events and companies raising money together, so everyone who signs up looks like part of the same cause.

Bring us the charity’s colours and logo, your sponsors and the date you’re working towards. Our in-house designers do the rest. Designed in the UK, made in Europe.

Kit that does some of the fundraising for you

Matching kit turns a group of people raising money into a team people notice. Supporters can spot you on the course, every photo carries the charity’s name, and sponsors get a proper home on the back of every jersey or vest. Good kit gets worn long after the event too, which keeps the cause in front of people for seasons, not days.

  • Charity and challenge rides: one-day sportives, multi-day challenges and coast-to-coast rides.
  • Charity runs: running vests and tops for half marathons, marathons and relay challenges.
  • Charities’ own events: rider kit for the rides and runs a charity organises itself.
  • Company fundraising teams: staff taking on a challenge together for a chosen charity.

Castle to Castle: 204 miles for The King’s Trust

Team Admiral Impact riders in their pink and purple Stolen Goat custom kit at the Cardiff Castle finish

In October 2026, Team Admiral Impact rode 204 miles across Wales, from Caernarfon Castle to Cardiff Castle, raising money for The King’s Trust. Riders joined along the route, so our designer planned the kit for a crowd rather than a single rider: a pink that fades into a deep purple, chosen to stand out against Welsh hills. The back carried the sponsors, and we built a sponsor mock-up the team could take straight to potential backers, showing where each logo would sit at each level of support.

The final kit exceeded our expectations and helped make the event feel truly special and memorable. We couldn’t recommend Stolen Goat highly enough.

Getting kit to every fundraiser

Charity teams are rarely in one place, so we give you three ways to order:

  • Your own web shop. Each fundraiser orders their own size, pays for it and has it delivered to their own door. Nothing for you to collect, chase or hand out.
  • A bulk order form. One link to share. Everyone picks their sizes and pays upfront, and you watch the order fill up.
  • One bulk delivery. You order for the whole team and we deliver to one address. The most cost-effective route when the charity is paying.
How a web shop works: everyone orders their own kit, delivered to their own door.

“Boxes in your hallway. Sorting kit by name. Doing the drop-offs.” Then a phone shows the shop. “Your own club shop. Everyone orders their own kit. Delivered to their own front door. Not a box in your hallway.” A map fills up with front doors. “Made for your club. Every order posted to every member. Nothing for you to sort, store or hand out.”

How it works

  1. Tell us about the challenge. The charity, the event, the date, roughly how many people and what they need. A logo and a rough idea are plenty.
  2. We design it. Our designers send concepts and work through changes with you until it’s right, including where the sponsors go.
  3. Sign it off and choose how everyone orders. Web shop, order form or one bulk delivery. We can send a sizing kit to your group so everyone can try sizes on together before they order.
  4. Kit lands. Typically 6-8 weeks from order sign-off to delivery.

Work back from your event date and leave time for the design and for everyone to order. If the date can’t move, tell us in your first message and we’ll plan around it.

The design fee is £200 on orders under £500, £150 on orders from £500 to £1,000, and free on orders over £1,000.

A group chat with nothing but a logo on a beer mat. “All you’ve got is a logo. Tell us what you need. Send us the logo.” Three jersey concepts arrive. “We design it. Everyone gets a vote.” The group picks number 2. “Ask for changes. Then sign it off. Try the sizes first.” A fitting kit arrives. “Made for you in about 6 weeks. From a beer mat to the start line.”

Charity kit FAQs

What is the minimum order for charity kit?

Five cycling jerseys, bib shorts, gilets or tri suits; ten running vests, running tops or caps; and twenty pairs of socks. Each item has its own minimum, so a small team can mix and match.

How long does charity kit take?

Typically 6-8 weeks from order sign-off to delivery. The design comes before that, so start as early as you can and tell us your event date in your first message.

Is there a design fee?

The design fee is £200 on orders under £500, £150 on orders from £500 to £1,000, and free on orders over £1,000. Our in-house designers do the design work either way.

Can each fundraiser order and pay for their own kit?

Yes. We can set up a web shop where everyone orders their own size, pays and has their kit delivered to their own door, or a bulk order form where everyone pays upfront through one shared link.

Can sponsors’ logos go on the kit?

Yes. Sponsors usually go on the back, where there’s room for them to be seen. We can also mock up where each sponsor’s logo would sit, so you can show potential backers exactly what they’re getting.

What running gear is best for a charity race?

For most charity runs, a lightweight running vest or short-sleeve running top in a quick-drying fabric. Put the charity’s name big and clear so supporters can find you in the crowd and photos show what you’re running for.

Can a team have cycling and running kit in the same design?

Yes. We can carry one design across cycling jerseys, running vests and tri suits, so a team taking on a mixed challenge looks like one team.

Can you deliver kit to fundraisers abroad?

Yes. A web shop delivers to each person wherever they are, and we already ship custom kit to groups spread across several countries.
