- Measure the widest part of your waist and then measure the widest part of your hips. The measurement used to determine your size should be whichever is the widest out of these two measurements.
- Keep the measuring tape horizontal.
- If in between sizes ... Go up for a looser fit... Down for a tighter fit.

I love these bib shorts, they are super comfy. My shorts had a small tear in the chamois after a few uses which was a one-off defect. I contacted customer service with photos and they were amazing and replaced the bibs with no questions asked. Note that their bibs do run a tiny bit smaller in the thighs than some other brands so if in doubt, size up.
