The last day you can order something and expect it to be delivered is Thursday 23rd December by 12pm GMT (you’ll want Express Courier – Next Business Day Delivery though)!
Please appreciate that this is a busy time of year for everybody, if you can, try to order with as much time to spare to avoid disappointment.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS //
For international customers, we use DHL for our express service, it’s the fastest thing going so you should be good up until Monday 20th December by 12pm GMT. Shipping time using our standard service varies by country, so check the estimate at checkout. If you’re concerned about an item reaching you in time for Christmas, we’d suggest selecting Express shipping.
COVID Update – for standard services
We will try our very best to get your order dispatched on the same day, if ordered before midday. However, due to COVID-19 processes in place at our warehouse and for our couriers, you may see up to a few days’ delay in dispatch if express shipping has not been selected.
It’s fair to say that couriers (although doing a fantastic job) are struggling with the vast quantity of parcels in the system at the moment, especially for international deliveries, outside the UK. Each country also has its own, varying quarantine procedures as parcels arrive, and then progress through the system. This means that at times you may not see an update on your tracking as quickly as you normally would. These are constantly evolving and changing processes and depend on the local situation/restrictions in place. For this reason, whilst we try to give an indication of the time your order will take to reach you, you may well see some delay.
What you can be sure of is that we will do all we can to get your orders to you as soon as possible, and keep you updated should you see a delay :) Drop us a message if you’d like us to ask the courier for more information about your order – they can very often help us with this, to give you peace of mind.

CHRISTMAS OPENING TIMES //
The warehouse team do not work between 24th – 28th December and 31st – 1st January (inclusive). As such, you are welcome to order items but nothing will be dispatched between those dates.
