FOR UK MAINLAND ONLY //
For UK orders, delivery typically takes 1-2 working days after dispatch. Depending on the method you select. The last day you can order something and comfortably expect it to be delivered in time for Christmas is Monday 22nd December by 12pm GMT. Although we will be dispatching up to and including the 24th December. Please appreciate that this is a busy time of year for everybody, if you can, try to order with as much time to spare as possible to avoid disappointment.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS //
For most international customers, we use DHL for our express service, it’s the fastest thing going but we would recommend ordering ASAP to avoid disappointment and definitely before Friday 19th December by 12pm GMT. Shipping time using our standard service varies by country, so check the estimate at checkout. We’d also suggest selecting Express shipping.

CHRISTMAS OPENING TIMES //
We are a small team with our own family commitments so we tend to all take a break over the festive period. As such its unlikely that we ship any orders between Christmas eve (24th December) and the first working day of January. You are of course welcome to order items but it’s unlikely that orders get dispatched between those dates.
Please note the HQ Goats will also be resting their hooves over the Christmas period, and the office will be closed from 3pm on the 24th December. Re-opening normal office hours on the 5th January 2026
