Corporate and Staff Cycling Kit.

A company-sponsored ride, a staff challenge for charity, a cycling club at work or a team you sponsor: branded kit should make people proud to wear your name, not reach for the back of the drawer. We design and make cycling and running kit for companies, with proper design, sensible sponsor layouts and ordering that doesn’t land on someone’s desk for a month.

Your brand colours and logos, worked into kit that looks good on the road and in the photos. Designed in the UK, made in Europe.

Branded kit people actually want to wear

Company kit goes wrong when a logo is dropped onto a plain jersey and called done. Our in-house designers start from your brand and design the whole garment: colour, pattern, where the logo sits and how big, and how the kit looks on a group of riders rather than on a flat drawing. You see concepts, ask for changes and sign off only when it’s right.

  • Staff rides and challenges: a team riding or running together for a cause, a milestone or just the fun of it.
  • Cycling clubs at work: kit for the lunchtime ride and the commute.
  • Sponsored teams and events: kit for a team or event your company backs, with your brand where it belongs.
  • Client and partner events: rides and runs you host for customers or partners.

Admiral: Castle to Castle

Castle to Castle riders celebrating in front of the event banner at Cardiff Castle

Team Admiral Impact took on Castle to Castle, 204 miles across Wales for The King’s Trust. We designed a gradient jersey that fades from pink into deep purple, kept the front clean with the Stolen Goat and Admiral Impact logos matched in size, and gave the back to the sponsors. With sponsors still being confirmed, the base design went into production early and the final artwork followed once the last logos landed, so the kit was with the team before the start.

Their creativity, insight and attention to detail brought our brief to life brilliantly, with the matching jerseys and socks giving the event a bold, unique identity and a real sense of team spirit.

We’ve also been the official custom kit provider for road.cc, making kit for their presenters and journalists.

Ordering that suits a company

  • One bulk delivery. The company orders for the whole team and we deliver to one address, such as the office.
  • A bulk order form. One link to share with staff. Everyone picks their sizes and pays upfront, and you watch the order fill up.
  • A web shop. Staff order their own sizes and get kit delivered to their own door, which suits teams spread across sites or working from home.

Not sure on sizes? We can send a sizing kit to your group so everyone can try sizes on together before anything is ordered.

How a bulk order form works: one link, everyone pays upfront, you watch it fill up.
Read the film instead

“Filling in spreadsheets. Chasing payments.” Then one link goes into the group chat. “Everyone orders their own kit. Paid upfront. No chasing.” The organiser page shows members paid, units and days left, with each item passing its minimum. “Your kit organiser watches it fill up, live. Done, done and done.”

Corporate kit FAQs

We need cycling kit for a company-sponsored ride. Where do we start?

Send us your logo, brand colours, the date of the ride and roughly how many people are taking part. Our designers create the kit, you sign it off, and you choose whether the company orders in bulk or staff order their own. Allow 6-8 weeks from sign-off to delivery, plus time for the design.

What is the minimum order for corporate kit?

Five cycling jerseys, bib shorts, gilets or tri suits; ten running vests, running tops or caps; and twenty pairs of socks.

Can the company pay, or can staff pay for their own kit?

Either. The company can place one bulk order, or staff can order and pay for their own kit through a bulk order form or a web shop.

Can you match our brand colours and logo?

Yes. Send your logo, ideally as a vector file (AI, EPS or SVG), and your brand colours, with Pantone references if you have them. Our designers work them into the whole garment.

Can we include sponsor or partner logos?

Yes. We plan where every logo sits and how big, and we can mock up the layout for partners before they commit.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. The prices in our quote form are per item and include VAT.

Is there a design fee?

The design fee is £200 on orders under £500, £150 on orders from £500 to £1,000, and free on orders over £1,000.
