Graphic Designer

Location

Earth (but preferably UK). Remote working is fine.

The role

We are looking for an individual to head up the graphic direction of our product range. Currently this includes cycling kit design, t-shirt design and a few other bits and pieces.

Currently this has mostly been the responsibility of director / owner Tim Bland. This is becoming too time consuming and we need someone with strong skills to take over or at least collaborate on the various projects.

This is an exciting role as your designs will be seen and worn by thousands of cyclists across the World. You’ll also be able to help with branding and various aspects of web design.

You’ll be…

Hired on a freelance basis to begin with, but with the chance to make the position permanent in good time if required / desirable.
A self starter looking to make a mark on the cycling industry
Someone who has strong graphic design skills and preferably also illustrative skills. Web design skills are desirable but not essential.
Highly Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite
Located anywhere in the World although UK is very much preferred.
Expected to work independently remotely and come into the office (Chertsey) to collaborate / brainstorm on occasion.
Experienced in driving your own ideas as well as experienced in running with other peoples visions.
Customer focused. Anyone who works with us needs to be all about the customer. There may be situations where you deal with customers & clients so you need to be comfortable with this.
Passionate about cycling both past and present. You needn’t be the quickest on the bike but you need to be someone who has an interest in riding a bike and be interested in pro racing.
Fluent in English both written and spoken. We use email a lot here so you need to be able to write short concise emails in a timely manner.
