Postage & Shipping
- For UK customers you may choose standard, priority or Next day
- We ship Worldwide including an Express option. So whether you order to the UK, Europe, America, Canada, Australia, Singapore or nearly anywhere else we can take care of you.
- The cart area will tell you if we ship to you and how much it will cost for standard or Express shipping.
- Items are usually dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri) when ordered before 2pm GMT. Orders after 2pm will usually be dispatched the next working day.
- For International orders, the time taken for your item to arrive will vary. Please Contact us if you are concerned about the whereabouts of your orders and we will check the status of your package.
- We try to be as fair as possible with our shipping costs.
- Everyone gets price breaks with shipping. The more you spend, the cheaper it gets.

You are welcome to cancel your order for a full refund before it has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched then please see Returns below.
- We want you to be happy with your order. So we give you up to 90 days to return your item if you are not completely satisfied. If you pay with PayPal we can only give you 60 days as that is the maximum it will allow us to refund. But we can give you a credit note for the remaining 30 days. Card payments can be refunded up to 90 days after purchase.
- Upon return you may have a full refund or a replacement (if available). All we ask is that the item be returned in the state you received it.
- We will refund your postage if we sent an erroneous item or it was damaged in transit. Just let us know how much your return postage costs were.
