How do I find out how many Goat Coins I’ve got
Head to ‘My account’, enter the email address you usually use to shop with us and you’ll be sent a secure log in link. Once you’ve logged in, click the ‘My Goat Coins’ tab on your account dashboard. Here you’ll be able to see how many Goat Coins you’ve earned so far and what level you’ve reached.
How much are my Goat Coins worth?
1 Goat Coin is worth 1 pence. So if you’ve got 7000 goat coins, that means you’ll have a £70 discount to put towards your next purchase.
How do I earn Goat Coins?
You’ll earn 1 Goat Coin for every £1 you spend with us at stolengoat.com, meaning every time you place an order your account will be credited with more Goat Coins. You’ll also get 100 Goat Coins just for placing an order, plus an extra 25 when you spend over £50, 100 when you spend over £100 and 150 when you spend over £150. You can also earn extra Goat Coins by reviewing your purchases, or referring your friends – simply head to the ‘Get Points!’ tab in the Goat Coins section of your account to get started. How do I spend my Goat Coins?
Add the items you’d like to your basket, then head to the cart. Here you’ll have the option to input how many of your Goat Coins you’d like to put towards the order. Once you’ve applied your Goat Coins you’ll see the value deducted from your total. Please note, you can use a maximum of £50 worth of Goat Coins per order.
Can I gift some of my Goat Coins to a friend?
Yep! You can choose to convert some (or all) of your Goat Coins into a voucher. If you want to give someone in your Herd a little treat, simply head to the ‘Manage points’ tab in your account, choose how many of your Goat Coins you want to convert and generate a coupon code. Share the SG love!
Can I use my Goat Coins with one of your stockists?

Is there a minimum spend to be able to use my Goat Coins to pay for an order?
Nope – if you’ve got the Coins, you can get the gear! Use up to £50 worth of Goat Coins to pay for all or part of your order, depending on the total value of items in your cart.
How long do my Goat Coins last for?
Your Goat Coins will expire after 12 months, at which point you can start building them up again and working your way through the levels. For 2022-23, that means your current Goat Coins will expire on 24/07/23.
What if I need to return something I’ve paid for using Goat Coins, will I get my coins refunded?
Yes! Just like “real money”, if you’ve paid for all or part of your order using Goat Coins and you need to return something, you’ll get the coins you used refunded to your account.
If I return something from my order, will the Goat Coins I earned be deducted from my account?
Yes, if you return an item then the Goat Coins earned will be deducted from your Goat Coin balance. For example, if you spent £150 on your order and earned 150 Goat Coins, but then you returned an item from that which cost £35, you would see 35 Goat Coins deducted from your total balance once the return has been processed.
I didn’t even know I had an account! Will my backdated Goat Coins still be added to my account?
Don’t worry, the HQ goats have been working hard behind the scenes to make sure you can get your Goat Coins which means we’ve backdated them for all orders from 1st January 2020. Head to ‘My Account’, put your email address in to receive your secure log in link and then you’ll be able to see your account details, order history and most importantly… your stash of Goat Coins.
