Ali is here to help you with any queries on our products or questions you might have about your order – in fact she’ll do her best to help find an answer to any cycling-related issues! Before joining the Herd in 2021, she worked in customer service for a sustainable energy company – now she gets to combine her love of cycling with her passion for helping people. When she’s not busy here in the office (usually with a big mug of tea on the go!) she’s often on her road bike or planning her next cycling trip or challenge with her partner. Just don’t ask her advice on any routes: she has a hopeless sense of direction and has been known to get lost a few miles from home! Apart from riding her bike, she loves spending time outside in the countryside, sunshine, animals and peanut butter.
