ThermoLite is a lightweight synthetic insulation fabric engineered from polyester fibres. It provides superior warmth without bulk and is used in cycling jerseys, bib tights, outdoor apparel, shoes, and sleeping bags. It is commonly used as a substitute for natural insulators because of its durability and performance.

How does ThermoLite work?

ThermoLite uses a hollow-core polyester construction that traps warm air within the material to retain heat even when wet. It simultaneously wicks moisture away from the skin to the outer surface where it evaporates, making the fabric fast-drying and suitable for high-output activities.

What are the benefits of ThermoLite fabric?

ThermoLite is lightweight, durable, quick-wicking, breathable, and fast-drying. It provides insulation without bulk, offers freedom of movement, and has water resistance. It is also non-allergenic and resistant to fading, shrinking, and wrinkling.
