These were the first SG item that I bought along with a jersey. I was so impressed with them having completed 100 miles in just a second outing in them that I came back and bought another two pairs. They are my go-to shorts for longer riding and for my turbo sessions.

Have several Stolen Goat tops, all of which would rate 5 star. But these bib shorts very disappointing. The grippers/hem at the bottom of the shorts is poorly sewn and looks very scruffy, not helped by different shade of black (works ok in some brands not here). Not the usual standard and should have sent them back but needed to wear them. The fit is ok but the fabric/high back cut make the whole rig feel quite sweaty and the pad chafes a bit on the edges after time. The pad comfort otherwise is ok but notes good as others. Will use for short runs, but wouldn’t use on a long ride. Will stick to the Jerseys……

I have at least 4 pairs of these shorts. Matching the colour band on the gripper with certain kits was very important. The longest serving pair have been used only on the trainer recently. I love them, more recent pairs seem to have a more compressive fit on the leg but that might just be that the older pairs are over 6 years old.

A bit to large pad for my style but nothing wrong with the pad itself, its comfortable.
As i am a bit long and skinny i would have preferred a bit longer legs as im using a size S but i am 1,83 long and 69kg. Still a very good bib though!

Not a massive fan of these so I’ve relegated them to commuting / Zwift bibs, however, I can’t quite put my finger on why I don’t like them! Nothing wrong with the quality of the product and I think my issues lean more towards the fit.
I know this review doesn’t really help anybody but I am shortly going to be trying the Orkaan bib tights and so not put off by the SG bibs range. Bring on the Goat Coins for this review :)
