Ordered as a pair of jerseys (XL and XXL). This XL size was too tight for me so I returned. The returns service was excellent and would certainly encourage me to order again. I am 178cm and 86kg so I’m a 2XL not quite a XL. The jersey itself was a true likeness to the website and I would have reordered but was out of stock on the 2XL size at the time,

I was drawn to the simplicity of the Neat Bodyline jersey and at 1.91m 97 kg, I ordered XXL in the January sale, so I’ve had to wait a few months until I could properly road test it.
The fit is great with super-stretchy material holding its shape even when wet.
I could wear XL (I bought a long sleeve Jaffa Ibex in that size and it’s superb) but the XXL doesn’t flap or sag in any noticeable way – there’s just a little bit of room on the chest and around the collar. Ideal for earlier season rides with a thermal base layer.
Sturdy cam-lock zip stays in place and has an easy-to-find puller when wearing light gloves.
It copes brilliantly with different exertion levels – no overheating and wetting-out on hard climbs which reduces chilly descents.
In showery conditions it dries very quickly and I’ve found myself riding through light showers and mizzle without stopping to add a shell.
Lots of pocket capacity, easy to access, and the stretchy material copes with carrying lots of saddle food for long days out.
Washes nicely at 30C , half a dozen cycles so far and it’s as good as new.
