How to order your custom cycling kit //
There’s just a few simple steps to get your own high quality, custom cycling kit.
1. Get in touch and let us know what you need
Drop us a line at custom@stolengoat.com and let us know what kind of kit you’re after, how many riders you’ve got in your Herd and any initial design ideas or logos you’re looking to incorporate.
2. A dedicated Account Manager will get back to you
Your journey to getting your custom kit will start with a consultation with a dedicated Account Manager. Together, you’ll discuss what type of kit you require and your budget along with any design ideas, logos or colours you’d like to incorporate. Once you’re happy with the design concept, our in-house designers will build up your custom design on to a template so you can see what it will look like. You get two rounds of amends included in the price, so it’s no sweat if there are any tweaks to be made. We can also provide sizing samples so you and your Herd can ensure you get the perfect fit.
3. We get to work producing your kit
Once you’re happy with the design and you’ve decided what you would like to order, an invoice will be generated. Once this is paid in full, production of your amazing new custom kit will start. Typically the turnaround time to receive your custom kit is 10 weeks – but it’s worth the wait, and time flies when you’re riding bikes!
4. Dedicated web pages for clubs and organisations
For large clubs and organisations, we can take the faff out of getting your club kit sorted, with your own dedicated ordering page. Say goodbye to a garage full of kit that you’ve got to somehow deliver to all your club members! With Stolen Goat, you and your Herd can individually order your kit online from your own private page on stolengoat.com and have it delivered directly to your door, wherever you are in the world.

What kit/accessories can I get customised?
Freedom is… great looking kit, suitable for all kinds of rides and adventures. With that in mind, our custom range is pretty extensive! We offer custom cycling jerseys, bib shorts, jackets, gilets, race suits, tri suits, arm/leg warmers, caps, socks, mitts… drop us a line with what you’re after to find out more.
What are the minimum order quantities?
The minimum order value starts from just £1000 + VAT, with certain products being subject to minimum order quantities (for example, items from our Epic range are subject to a five item minimum order value). We’re all about making custom kit accessible, so we’ve made our minimum order quantities as accessible as possible.
How much does custom kit cost?
We offer very affordable pricing for custom kit, with no compromise on the design or quality. There’s no fee for our design work (as long as you stick to one design with two rounds of amendments) and we’ll discuss your budget before we get started on anything else to make sure you’re happy before you or your club commit to anything. We also offer free shipping around the world on orders over £80, and the final price you see on the website when placing your order takes into account import taxes – so there’s no nasty surprises. What size do I need?
We know that awesome-looking kit is no good if it doesn’t fit properly. With that in mind, for a small fee of £20 we can send out sizing samples for you and your Herd to try on to make sure you can get the perfect fit. This fee is fully refundable once you place your order. Our custom kit is manufactured by the same suppliers as our own range, so you can also check out the size guides on our website or visit one of our stockists to get a feel for what the sizing is like.
Can I order more of my custom kit at a later date?
Yep! After your first order, subsequent orders of the same design will generally require a minimum of 5 items per design, placed within an order window for the kit to enter into production. Should this minimum not be met, after consultation with you, the orders may roll into the next window. For clubs and organisations, we can create your own webpage on stolengoat.com so members/team mates can log on, order their kit and get it delivered to their door.
How long will it take for my custom kit to arrive?
Typically, there’s a 10-12 week lead time for your custom kit to arrive. Once the order is placed you’ll receive an estimated delivery time, and once it’s ready and shipped we’ll let you know. After your first order of custom kit, if you would like us to, Stolen Goat can hold stock of your custom club kit collection in our warehouse. Meaning your Herd can order “on demand” for future orders and receive their kit within a few days. In order for us to hold stock for you, Stolen Goat will require full payment for your items prior to production. We will continue to top up your holding stock until you request us to stop, at which point the remaining stock can either be returned to you, or be sold through and credit given.
What is the returns policy for custom kit?
Unfortunately we can’t accept returns for custom kit – however it is covered by our Lifetime Guarantee and Crash Replacement Policy.
What aftercare will I receive?
We’re all about taking care of our customers the way we would want to be treated ourselves. You’ll receive support all the way through the design process, and we’ll keep you in the loop once your order is placed. It’s not a case of getting you your kit and then sending you on your merry way. We always want to look after you, so our custom kit also qualifies for our Lifetime Guarantee and Crash Replacement Policy.
